1st Class Recorded - £3.89 Max Charge

Next Day - £6.99 Max Charge 

Offshore UK may incurr a surcharged as charged by the Postal Carrier (cost shown in basket prior to purchase)

Overseas

Parcels charge by the weight of the items ordered , all charges will be clearly stated in the cart prior to purchase

On the rare occasion of out of stock we aim to ship within 7 - 14 days.

If we are to ship after 14 days due to manufacturer delays ,an email will be sent to keep you updated on the status of your order

We will not be held responsible for items that go missing by Royal Mail or Courier small parcels when item is confirmed as signed for.

Please contact us if your item has not arrived as we keep tracking numbers for all deliveries - we are not able to claim for the missing item until 15 working days since dispatch, as most postal carriers do not classify the item as "lost" until then. We will not send a replacement/refund to you for the missing item until you have replied to the Royal Mail's P91 or our company lost letter in which you tick the box and sign to state you have not received the item or relevant form from courier. When we are notified by the Royal Mail or Courier that the claim has been successful, we will then replace the item straight away. Unfortunately we have had to take this route as the Royal Mail have changed their policy; and courier companies followed suit please understand that the problem has arisen through no fault of our own.

Some items such as sprays and liquids cannot be sent outside the UK. In the unlikely event that this is not specified on the product page, we will advise you and refund your purchase.

Errors and Omissions are rare, but there may be instances where we have mis-described a product or where we cannot send it using normal postal services. Unfortunately if this is the case, we may have to cancel the sale and refund you.
